LUCA E-Learning Training for Commercial Agents
LUCA – Leveling Up Commercial Agents’ Competencies is a two-year Erasmus+ project developed to strengthen the digital and professional skills of commercial agents. Together with international project partners, a practical and accessible online learning program was created to address the evolving demands of modern sales and distribution in an increasingly digital business environment.
The LUCA e-learning platform supports commercial agents in adapting to digital transformation by providing hands-on knowledge, tools and strategies for today’s technology-driven sales processes. The training enables participants to enhance their competitiveness, improve efficiency and build sustainable client relationships.
Participation is fully online and completely free of charge.
Training Content
The program consists of four practice-oriented modules covering the key areas of digital sales:
- Sales in the Digital Era – Understanding how digitalisation is transforming sales and how to apply modern sales strategies
- Mastering Digital Lead Generation – Tools and methods to effectively generate and manage leads online
- Tech-Driven Remote Sales Success – Using digital technologies and remote selling techniques to engage prospects and close deals
- Maximizing Client Relationships – Strengthening customer relationships and improving retention through professional communication and digital solutions

- A short quiz follows each module to consolidate knowledge
- A certificate of completion is issued after each successfully completed module
- Participants who complete all four modules receive a final certificate for the entire training program
