IUCAB Legal Working Group meets in Paris

On 9th October 2015, the members of the IUCAB Legal Working Group (LWG) came together in Paris, France. The Fédération Nationale des Agents Commerciaux (FNAC) facilitated the meeting.

Sophia Wagner was welcomed to the LWG as new member on behalf of CDH.

French agency law has been discussed again. And other case law as well from various countries.

The LWG wishes to expand the group with a lawyer from Spain as Spain has interesting case law. LWG wants to develop a matrix about the calculation of indemnity.

The next IUCAB LWG meeting will be held in April 2016.
