Legal working group meets in Denmark

The IUCAB legal working group held a meeting in Copenhagen on 25th October 2019.
The meeting was attended by Mrs. Rachel Détain from France, Mrs. Marta Zelewska from Germany, Mr. Larry Coltman from the UK, Mr. Miguel Serrano Sainz from Spain, Mr. Carlo Tabellini from Italy and chaired by Mr. Paul Holtrop from the Netherlands. The legal working group discussed topics such as compensation-based dismissal due to age and the commercial agent status when payment of a fixed remuneration. Furthermore, it was decided to hold two meetings per year instead of three. Therefore, the next meeting will be held within the Annual Delegates Meeting in Stockholm, Sweden in May 2020.
