Legal Working Group meets in Madrid

On 7th April 2017, the Members of the IUCAB Legal Working Group (LWG) came together for a meeting at the German Chamber of Commerce in Madrid.

The meeting was attended by: Mr. Paul Holtrop (Nederlands), Mr. Michael Svendsen (Denmark), Mr. Larry Coltman (UK), Mrs. Patricia Keltner-Montvernay (France), Mrs. Marta Zelewska (Germany), Mrs. Anna-Karin Abdon (Sweden), Mr. Henrik Renner Fredriksen (Norway), Mrs. Meritxell Padros del Bas and Vanessa-Ariane Guzek Hernando (Spain).

During the meeting Mrs. Meritxell Padros del Bas was introduced as a new member of the LWG. Together with Mrs. Guzek Hernándo, she gave an overview of the Spanish Commercial Agent law and informed the participants about national particularities.

The next meeting will be held in Edinburgh in September 2017.
